What we store

Winnow is operated by MindYoung. We store your Whop account identifier, the name and email shared when you sign in, your quiz answers (including age group, gender, interests, and learning preferences), daily reading goal, timezone, reading progress, and saved ideas. Before signing in, your quiz choices are saved in your browser, and your chosen reading preferences are saved when you continue from the final offer.

Why we use it

We use this information to personalize your reading room, save your place across devices, confirm your subscription, and help with support requests. Essential cookies keep you signed in and connect your quiz preferences to your account. Your browser stores quiz progress so you can resume it.

Our service providers

Cloudflare runs the app and serves its files. PlanetScale stores account and reading data. Whop handles sign-in, payment information, subscriptions, and cancellation. Winnow stores secure session identifiers and confirms payment and membership status with Whop. We do not store your card number. Retention and your choices

Your reading profile remains available when you return. You can change your interests and reading goal in your profile, sign out, or clear quiz progress in your browser. To request a copy or deletion of your Winnow account data, contact adam@a3lab.ai using the email associated with your account. Deleting Winnow data does not cancel a subscription; cancel separately through Whop billing.

Advertising measurement

We use the TikTok Pixel on our growth quiz to measure page visits, progress to the offer, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases. TikTok receives event information, browser and device information, and may use cookies to connect a visit to an ad. We keep campaign labels and the TikTok click identifier for up to seven days and attach them to checkout records to measure campaign results. We do not send your quiz answers, name, email address, or card details in these events. Advertising tracking is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. See TikTok’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.

We also record quiz page arrivals, the steps viewed and completed, and checkout starts with a random browser session identifier and campaign labels. This helps us find where visitors leave the quiz. These measurement records do not include quiz answers, names, email addresses, or payment details.
